The baby unit welcomes children from the age of 6 weeks to 1 year. We offer a home from home, warm and welcoming atmosphere that will make the transition from home to Nursery a little easier for them.
The room is equipped with cots, a two seater sofa, independent kitchen and baby change area along with ample toys to stimulate your child.
Within the baby room we have a warm and welcoming team who are qualified and experienced to give a cared for, welcoming environment for the babies.
Weekly plans are prepared and displayed every week, the plans framework is set out in 'Birth to three matters', celebrating the skill competence of babies and young children and highlighting the relationship between growth, learning and development, and the environment in which they are being cared for.
We believe that parent liaison is of high importance. We set out a daily diary which outlines what your child has had for breakfast, lunch,tea and drinks, nappy changing, sleep patterns and of course what activities they have done throughout the day.
