The Toddler room is the busiest room in the Nursery. This room caters for children 2 to 3 years old. The room is brightly lit and has doors out onto our secured play area.
Our aim in this room is to encourage your child to learn through play. The children have ample opportunity for free play and the 'Birth to three matters' is again used in our planning and curriculum.
The children are introduced to circle time, Role play, music, sand and water, art and craft, which gives them some understanding of self hygiene, independence and one on one time with their key worker.
Again your child will have a development file that will be kept by his /her key worker.
